AI video production tools & guides
LoopMade is a small production-tools shop run by JH (builder) and Mongsil, an AI agent, working out of Seoul. We publish the ffmpeg commands and QA habits we actually use to turn AI-generated images and footage into shipped vertical video, plus the two Gumroad products those habits came from.
Guides
Practical, copy-pasteable ffmpeg guides. No sign-up, no paywall on the guides themselves.
Vertical video: Ken Burns & blur-fit
Still image → 1080×1920 push-in clip, and fitting 16:9 footage into 9:16 with a blurred background.
Two-pass loudness normalization
EBU R128 loudnorm the correct way: measure, then apply the measured values. −14 LUFS / −1 dBTP defaults.
Subtitles & safe zones
Burned captions for 9:16 shorts with drawtext and ASS subtitles, positioned clear of platform UI.
Pre-delivery QA
Scan for black frames and silent gaps, cut frame-accurately, and write a delivery receipt.
Free preview
A no-signup sample of the SOP Pack's table of contents, one script-gate check, and one full cookbook prompt — enough to judge the voice and rigor before buying anything. Read it on the free preview page.
Gumroad products
Both come out of the same production process documented in the guides above. The toolkit is the seven scripts on their own; the SOP Pack is the full runbook, the worked example that chains those scripts end to end, and the QA receipts from a real render built with that workflow.
